We guarantee our subscribers and guests that we shall not reveal email addresses to third parties and that promotional/commercial messages will be limited to a maximum of one every two weeks. Furthermore, your email will be promptly removed from our mailing list upon request.
Regarding obligations imposed by Legislative Decree 196/2003, we have applied all necessary precautions to avoid fraudulent access to your data.

The data processor is the Manager of Hotel Prestigio.

The data you submit will never be transferred to third parties and will be used by our company, or by external organizations and companies authorized by our company, for mailing administrative, commercial or promotional material.

You are entitled to full knowledge of the data provided, to modifying it and erasing it, by simply writing to Hotel Prestigio, via Paganini, 1 – 48015 Milano Marittima (RA). To exercise your right you may email us on prestigio@h-prestigio.it.
We also wish to point out that without your consent to the processing of your personal data, our services cannot be provided.
